Shipping Policy

All orders at The Real Horror are made to order and printed through our production partner, Printify, using their global print network. Nothing is pre-made, which means every hoodie is printed specifically for you after you place your order.

Production Time
Once an order is placed, it typically takes 2–7 business days to produce before it ships. This is separate from shipping/transit time. During high-volume periods (like Halloween or the winter holidays), production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time
After production, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–8 business days.. Exact carrier (USPS, DHL, or a regional postal service) is determined automatically based on your location.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us at dboie0723@gmail.com.

Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different production facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and doesn't mean part of your order was lost.

Delays Outside Our Control
We're not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, severe weather, or other events outside our control. All delivery estimates are just that — estimates, not guarantees.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs agency upon delivery.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email us right away — we can only correct it before production begins.
