All products sold by The Real Horror are made to order and produced through our third-party print-on-demand partner, Printify, using their global production network. Because items are custom printed after you order, colors, print placement, and garment texture may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will exactly match how it's depicted on the Services. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Real Horror reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. Because products are made to order, please review your order carefully before submitting — we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once production has begun.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy (https://therealhorror.com/policies/refund-policy).
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All items are made to order and produced before they ship — see our Shipping Policy (https://therealhorror.com/policies/shipping-policy) for current production and transit timelines. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by The Real Horror, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

The Real Horror's name, logo, product designs, and slogans are trademarks of The Real Horror. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, and marks on the Services belong to their respective owners.

The Real Horror is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with The Real Horror. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and The Real Horror, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with The Real Horror.
